The baby woke up a tad earlier than usual so I can’t say if I slept better or felt more rested. I CAN say I have a headache. I know it’s to be expected but still, annoying.
The Whole 30 says not to skip breakfast. I’m working on that. Today it was just coffee with a splash of almond milk.
Lunch: leftover 10-minute chili from dinner last night over spinach with 2 runny eggs.
Dinner: roasted spaghetti squash topped with tomato sauce with ground beef.
Bonus: toddlerbaby loved it!
