Day 4

I had a crazy nightmare about some huge (rabbit sized) black spider zipping over my toes and up the stairs past me last night. Ugh. Gross. Related to the program? Probably not.
Feeling good this morning, and added and egg to breakfast. I’m FULL.

Breakfast: leftover fruit salad topped with unsweetened coconut flakes, one egg scrambled in ghee, coffee with almond milk.

Lunch: you guessed it! bacon and eggs

Snack: raw unsalted cashews and a few raisins

Dinner: crock pot chicken fajitas wrapped in romaine lettuce leaves. I followed the recipe here leaving out the tortillas and using fresh lime juice. I added guacamole. Yum! Seriously good.
