Day 12

It’s my wedding anniversary! 4 years with my fella. Usually, we’d head out for a nice dinner out, and of course have dessert. This year, though, we’ve decided to stay in, grill some strip steaks and veg, and maybe enjoy some Tv on DVD. (True Blood to be exact). While it is possible to dine out on the Whole30, it definitely takes a bit of the fun out of it for a special occasion. And Hubs makes awesome steaks.
The rest of the day looked like this:

Meal 1: leftover fajita chicken with one scrambled egg and half a banana. Coffee with almond milk.

Meal 2: egg-o-cado, or egg baked in an avocado. Really delish. A little leftover fajita chicken on the side.

Meal 3: grilled steaks and mixed vegetables

Perrier. Sigh. I am really, really missing a nice boozy drink on this happy Friday evening!
