It was indeed rough walking past trays of mini-cupcakes and definitely hard not to partake in adult beverages for game night, but day 20 is in the books as a success. Planning definitely helped. That and lots of water!
Meal 1: handful of cashews, raisins, and coffee with almond milk.
Meal 2: Chipotle! Oh how I have missed Chipotles. I ordered a salad with carnitas (the other meats are cooked with soy FYI), peppers and onions, guacamole, and the mild salsa. It was delicious!
Meal 3: grilled chicken, marinated in salt, pepper, lemon, and oil. Sautéed zucchini and onions with bacon.
